Service Delivery Analyst

Role: Regional Service Delivery Analyst

Reporting to: Regional Service Delivery Lead

Location: Remote EMEA (Preferably London, UK or Johannesburg, South Africa or Dubai, UAE)

Role Description:

Service Management

•    Monitoring of IT services and VIP support functions to ensure optimal service
•    Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary
•    Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews
•    Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery
•    Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery for the region
•    Taking accountability for service delivery performance in the region, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand
•    Analysing third-party as well as internal processes, and creating strategies for service delivery optimisation
Performance and Quality Management

•    Act as ‘voice of customer’ on behalf of the senior leadership within the region. Make sure every problem reported from the region is serviced in line with the customer expectations and SLAs agreed with service partners
•    Recommending methods of improvement and seeing that actions are implemented on time for service delivery upgrades
•    Providing accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery in the region
•    Building strong relationships with service partner teams and internal stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments and IT partners

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline, preferably in Engineering
Certification: ITIL preferred
Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role with the IT Function of a large and global process-based organisation
Skills: 
•    Proficiency in working with both physical and virtual teams
•    Experience in dealing with third-party service providers
•    Operational ability in a diverse, large-scale complex environments
•    Exceptional customer-facing skills
•    In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, problem management, asset management, configuration management and other disciplines related to service delivery
•    Mastery of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles
•    Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to manage and prioritise tasks efficiently
•    Solid resource planning and problem-solving skills
•    Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor

What you will have the opportunity to do:

• Deliver efficient client focused and cost-effective talent acquisition solutions as required to support the Worley business across EMEA
• Lead talent acquisition activity across multiple projects and industry sectors
• Responsible for staffing major projects to meet the needs of the business
• Ensure the agreed and proper talent acquisition process is followed consistently, in accordance with the Company’s quality standards, polices and processes
• Participate in the development of best practice talent acquisition procedures and policies when required
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the needs of the business are met in a timely manner
• Conduct regular follow-ups with Hiring Managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and their implementation
• Develop talent pools of suitably experienced and qualified candidates
• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
• Collaborate effectively with other talent acquisition teams within the region and the Hub
• Contribute to cost control by adopting and recommending practices which minimise expenditure without compromising results
• Provide regular talent acquisition reports to stakeholders
• Manage the flow of communication between new/potential recruits and the relevant contacts within the organisation
• Coordinate with location/regional functional leads to collaborate effectively and share knowledge and resources where appropriate
• Liaise/supervise outside agencies to source potential recruits when required
• Participate in career fairs and other talent acquisition related events as required

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related fields
• Experience leading talent acquisition across multiple projects and/or regions
• Experience preferably within the Energy, Mining, Minerals or Manufacturing industries
• Experience of talent acquisition industry search and selection techniques
• Experience coordinating social media campaigns
• Experience within either an agency or internal talent acquisition will be considered

Critical to the role:

• A high level of diplomacy and tact
• Able to work independently and use initiative
• Excellent negotiation skills
• The ability to collaborate across multiple teams, stakeholders and locations
• An understanding of the Engineering Services resourcing market
• The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Able to think and act strategically
• A comprehensive understanding of resourcing current legislation and best practice relevant to the location/s
• Professional level of proficiency in the English language is required
