Spirit Airlines USA Jobs Description 2022

Responsibilities:

  • Complete daily attendance, schedule rosters, and overtime reports for all Fort Lauderdale Ramp Service and Customer Service Agents.
  • Manage call out line, ensure that attendance is accurately coded and notifications are made accordingly.
  • Maintain team member personnel files for all FLL Team Members.
  • Assist in filling schedule vacancies, open full time lines.
  • Collect data, analyze and provide reporting to track issues related to attendance, payroll, etc. and provide metrics to Management.
  • Manually process Exception Reports, VTO, and shift trades. Ensure proper approval and documentation of same.
  • Utilize and maintain proficiency in KRONOS for both attendance tracking and reporting.
  • Authorized Signatory for Broward County Aviation Department for badging and Customs and Border Protection for CBP Seals.
  • Oversee badging process for all team members and acts as the liaison between NK and these governmental agencies. Conduct audits and ensure timely tracking of expiration in order to prevent fines and ensure company compliance.
  • Collaborate with multiple other departments to successfully manage payroll, leave administration, travel, etc. Provide timely responses with essential information related to personnel issues.
  • Coordinate team member leave (short term, disability, FMLA, etc.) with internal departments.
  • Order necessary station supplies.
  • May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change when circumstances dictate. (e.g. emergencies, change in workload, rush jobs or technical developments.)

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED Certification required
  • Must hold a valid Florida’s Driver’s License and be at least 18 years of age
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
  • Possess current authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and 10 year background check
  • Must be self motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures and apply flexible approach when required
