Sayga Investment Jobs Description 2021 

Position summary:
To closely work with production team on a daily basis whilst being hands on bakery production, to manage existing production in addition to new lines such as biscuits, cupcake, muffins and any additional new products in the future.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. To produce with professional excellence all approved bread products, pastry foe all outlets, retail and catering
  2. The ability to follow proper procedures.
  3. To be able to communicate with all parties within the DAL group. To communicate effectively with the CB Staff.
  4. To maintain close positive engagements with direct subordinates.
  5. To ensure all equipment is in full working order to follow the checklist with our maintenance team.
  6. To report and keep the facility well maintained in conjunction with the Maintenance team/Technical team.
  7. To monitor the waste in the CB and reduce where ever possible
  8. To request all items needed for the operation.
  9. To ensure an adequate supply of all products and their preparation on a timely basis.
  10. To assist in new product research and development.
  11. To follow standard recipes and ensure the compliance with them.
  12. To master and maintain full knowledge of DFU food standards.
  13. To uphold and comply with all the companies policies and procedures.
  14. To respond properly in any operations emergency or safety situations
  15. To perform other task or projects as assigned by management.
  16. To supervise packing of all finished Amreen products and the loading of trucks in the morning. To uphold all transportation and receiving of ingredients as per the SOP.
  17. To use and update data accurately on the provided software systems.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

– Bachelor degree form relevant qualification .
– Commercial or industrial bakery background .
– Hospitality Certificate.
– Bread Quality.
