Excellent full time customer service representative opening available with an industry leader in ophthalmic equipment manufacturing. Seeking a customer service driven professional with 1-3 years previous call center or customer relations experience. The hours of the position are Monday – Friday 9am-6pm with the ability to rotate your schedule on earlier shifts.

Summary: The Customer Support Representative is responsible for inbound customer contact as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Duties:

• Processes orders via phone, email, online or paper purchase order.

• Answers all incoming Customer Service calls and routes to the appropriate personnel.

• Processes back orders.

• Communicates consistently with customer on the status of orders.

• Prepares custom paperwork for international shipments.

• Invoices customer orders.

• Tracks customer shipments.

• Uses DocuWare to scan customer files.

• Log technical calls for service issues.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of previous customer service experience
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite and SAP experience.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with a wide range of external & internal customers.
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.
