- Providing client-facing support and troubleshooting in Microsoft Azure, Windows 10, Office 365 and underlying technologies to support the daily operations of end user’s technology incidents;
- Troubleshooting TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS configurations or other experience and knowledge in Network Management in a Microsoft Windows environment;
- Installing, administering and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Desktop workstations, printers, routers, firewalls, and resolving network, server, workstation, and other software and hardware problems as required by clients;
- Providing administration of Azure VMS, Apps, Networks or specific experience around other M365 products, SharePoint, Exchange online, Teams etc.;
- Conducting preventative maintenance services to meet functional, performance, and security requirements;
- Managing priorities based on clients’ needs and set realistic expectations based on commitments made;
- Engaging and communicating with customers and employees in a professional manner that demonstrates the tremendous value they are to us as a customer, thus continuously proving our value as a service provider;
- Documenting issues and resolutions in detail through the ticketing system (ConnectWise Manage); and,
