In this role, you have the opportunity to

Support communications for all the Philips sector in Middle East, both external and internal. You will have the chance to participate in building, protecting and promoting the Philips brand with all key stakeholders audiences – including employees – across all relevant touch points supporting short- and long-term business results.

You are responsible for

  • Providing operational support of senior management
  • Supporting local execution of Internal communication & engagement on brand vision
  • Planning and executing of local partnership and sponsorship
  • Managing local internal and external branding activities

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • University degree majored in Marketing
  • 0-2 years of related experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong project management and organization skills
  • Out of box thinking and creativity
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic

You are responsible for

Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.

Conducting presentations concerning specific projects or schedules.

Implement and execute our people strategy with HRBP, management and other stakeholders (CoE, PPS).

Act as a sparring partner for HRBPs and managers on local implications and solutions for managers and/or employees in employee relations procedures.

Work closely with the business to understand and address business issues and supports local organizational capabilities development with HR interventions

Drive standardization in the execution of HR policies and processes.

Support and facilitate the development of managers in people management and manager self-service.

Participate in HR-projects on a cluster / market level

You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
Bachelors Degree in a relevant field

Experience in operational implementation of the HR strategy through day-today execution of HR activities

Experience in delivery of core HR services through end-to-end framework

Experience in managing stakeholders

Experience in planning, coordinating, executing, and evaluating projects

Very good command of Microsoft Powerpoint and facilitation of meetings, trainings

Excellent command of written and spoken English
