JOB PURPOSE

Manage a team or RSR’s to achieve sales objectives for a specific Territory through the traditional trade customers.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Sell snacks products to meet given volume targets
• Work with the team to provide the best selling and merchandising skills, and make sure that the steps of the call are implemented.
• Continuously asses the market in order to identify new outlets and add to the existing customer base
• Complete administration accurately and promptly to enable management to take action as required
• Provide feedback on customer business development, competitive activity and product performance to assist in the development of marketing plans
• Follow up on invoices and statements to ensure customers pay the appropriate amount on time
• Provide technical advice to customer on both product and application questions calling on technical service assistance as required, in response to customer requests.
• Develop the outlets to provide space for racks in prime locations and insure the full range of products by implementing the Plano gram
• Manage whole sale customers in the specific territories that they handle, and follow up on presale deliveries to ensure customers are being serviced adequately

JOB PURPOSE

The Demand Planner is responsible in providing support to UAE Sales force in meeting their monthly targets through following up on orders (SSFL/import) and ensuring effective decisions for stock rotation across warehouses in an optimal inventory levels with cost effective tools.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Drive the Supply Chain / Demand Planning Discipline through monitoring the Demand Plan Accuracy across different regions, and the Monthly Dispatch
  • Following up with FG imported suppliers for order status & tracking
  • Coordination with clearing agency for smooth documentation flow and release of import shipments
  • Daily follow up with KSA planning team for SSFL order status and issuing the order tracking reports
  • Formulating daily priority with KSA warehouse team for orders dispatch.
  • Segregating the monthly SSFL UAE orders by DC location (DXB/AUH/UAQ/etc.) to facilitate shipment destination within UAE DCs
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels is maintained in all DCS to fulfil daily sales by stock rotation either through SSFL truck or outside party
  • Promotion transfers to all DCs as per allocation advised by trade marketing.
  • Registering of new SKUs with municipality and follow up for lab test results when needed.

EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

Experience:

Minimum 3 years in supply chain role with experience in cross-functional positions preferably in FMCG business. Additional experience in a labour intensive organization will be preferable.
