About the Role

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in making key data-related decisions by extracting, analyzing, manipulating, tracking, internally managing and reporting data, as well as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by working with cross-functional teams.
  2. Work with business intelligence tools and model multidimensional datasets
  3. Partner with business leaders to answer key business questions
  4. Assist to identify and build Quality/Control mechanism to ensure Pricing hygiene

Basic Qualifications:

  1. 3-7 years of work experience in Pricing domain in eCommerce/Analytics industries
  2. Good at R or Python, SQL, MS Excel (advanced), Google Sheets and Google Scripts
  3. Good with statistics, general data structures concepts along with dplyr, reshape and other statistical libraries in R.
  4. Experience in Machine learning and Advanced analytics fundamentals.
  5. Excellent written/oral communication skills
  6. Ability to learn quickly and work independently with complex, unstructured initiatives

Preferred Qualification:

  1. Working experience in Google Big Query, Google Data Studio, R, Python and PowerBI
  2. Experience in Machine learning and Advanced analytics fundamentals
  3. Project Management experience
  4. Should be able to ‘dive deep’ and identify the root cause of the issues and get them fixed by coordinating with different teams like operations and IT
  5. Drive process/system improvements basis ongoing trends/gaps identified.

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure accuracy in collection and submission of onboarding documents/checklist
  • Aim to establish concrete relationships with all relevant stakeholders
  • Execute and implement sales and marketing plans as needed.
  • Actively support the sales team on onboarding tasks as and when required
  • Analyze and develop relevant reports using MS Excel for the line manager to report on progress and sales performance

What you’ll need:

  • Working towards a university degree in business administration or a similar field. Recent graduates will also be considered
  • Concrete and applicable knowledge of MS Excel is required
  • Confident, self-motivated with a flexible and proactive approach
