Responsibilities 

  • Manage human resources, administration, operations, customer service and sales development
  • Develop budget objectives and business strategies
  • Asses local market conditions and identify sales opportunities
  • Develop solid commercial relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Negotiate logistics service contracts
  • Manage and lead day-to-day logistics operations
  • You work closely with different Business Units at Headquarters
  • You report to the Board of Directors

Professional Qualifications

  • Customer-oriented and assertive, with a long-term vision and a commercial ‘flair’
  • Independent, team player, flexible and solution driven
  • Strong in data analytics and administration management
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain relationships within all levels of the organization
  • Master / Bachelor degree with at least 5 years logistics management experience
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • In possession of a car driver’s license
