What is the role?
As part of the Customer & Marketing Planning Department, you will champion the customer, ensuring their journeys are planned and optimised to meet their needs and exceed expectations. As customer journey manager you will plan and support the delivery of excellent joined up customer journeys and experiences that meet the needs of our customers and Macmillan.

About You:
We are looking for someone with customer experience and marketing skills to join our newly established department. This specialist role will work with teams to help them deliver brilliant Macmillan experiences, excellent customer journeys and ensure we develop a culture where the customer is placed at the heart of everything we do. You will have a sound planning and influencing background that allows you to work effectively across an organisation. You will have an analytical mind that allows you to spot opportunities both to target opportunities as well as improve performance.

Success in this role demands a proactive, hands on approach as well as considerable organisational skills. In addition to the above you will have strong written and oral communication skills, as well as experience of dealing with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
