Primary Responsibilities:

  • Move materials from delivery/freight trucks, pick-up and move material from storage areas to sites
  • Operate company vehicle to deliver material
  • Identifying and locating the right products during the delivery process
  • Answer phone calls and questions regarding delivery status, and other duties
  • Comply with all company safety rules and guidelines
  • Perform basic handyman duties and other duties and tasks assigned
  • Support our maintenance/mobile techs

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of related experience
  • Basic knowledge carpentry, plumbing, painting, electric, and general building maintenance
  • Successful candidate must be a self-motivated individual who can work independently or in a team environment
  • Must have basic writing and great communication skills
  • Stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • Regularly bend and lift, move and/or carry up to 10 pounds; Frequently lift, move and/or carry up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift, move and/or carry up to 70 pounds
  • Ability to comply with both Jones Lang LaSalle and client-directed Policies & Procedures

Account Executive

Location: Open to candidates in the United States.

We are currently seeking an Account Executive to lead a client relationship based in Thousand Oaks, CA in the Life Sciences industry.

The Opportunity

Recognizing that corporate clients seek creative and often integrated approaches to best manage their real estate portfolios and complex occupancy needs around the world, we have integrated our occupier businesses into a single global division – Work Dynamics. An integral part of Work Dynamics is the Account Executive role, which creates and drives the account plan to exceed the client’s expectations, creating opportunity for growth and renewal. The Account Executive will lead a team of talented individuals to deliver integrated, innovative and differentiated solutions for our clients.

Major responsibilities

The Account Executive is accountable for developing and implementing an account plan which will delight our clients and ensure a healthy long-term relationship.  The Account Executive anticipates client needs and delivers to outperform on the key performance indicators within the contract and builds financial plans while striving to exceed revenue and profitability. The Account Executive creates and manages high performing teams which not only delivers operational excellence but keeps employees engaged and thriving, and in conjunction with the Executive Managing Director for the account, understands the firm’s strategy and goals and can translate those into the business opportunities.

Primary responsibilities include:

Delivery of Client Satisfaction

  • Executes the vision and strategy of the account plan ensuring the client objectives and interests are met
  • Ensure service delivery is with high quality and exceeds the clients’ expectations
  • Develops, manages and implements Voice of the Customer (VOC) to regularly gain input and direction from clients ensuring alignment
  • Respond to any client issues in an expedient and professional demeanor

Builds and Manages High Performing Teams

  • Hire, attract and retain a team of top talented employees; improve team performance through regular coaching and feedback; provide recognition
  • Understand the client’s key business drivers; focus the team to ensure those priorities are aligned with our deliverables

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in addition to a broad range of business experience acquired through previous work experience, an MBA or similar post-graduate studies
  • Experience working in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Critical Environments preferred
