Role Purpose:

The Marketing Manager role is responsible for supporting the Senior Marketing Manager and wider team in the implementation and delivery of marketing campaigns across the UK, with a specific remit for the Integral UK business line. You will help to coordinate, create and deliver the assets for the different touch points and channels. This role has significant influence on business results and future growth.

The applicant should exhibit an understanding of markets and buyers to develop top quality marketing campaigns in line with the brand guidelines, product go-to-market and overall business and marketing objectives.  He or she must work cross-functionally, coordinating efforts with different teams (e.g. Demand Generation activities, marketing campaigns, Digital and social, Content, PR and Sales Enablement) so stakeholder management is important.

The individual must develop an expert understanding of the facilities management buying audiences and their needs as it relates to the products we  are tasked with supporting.

This role will be based in London and report to the Senior Marketing Manager in London. It will require close cooperation with the Integral Head of Sales & Solutions, the JLL EMEA marketing teams, the heads of Integral business departments, as well as external service and agency providers.

What this job involves:

Roles/ Responsibilities

  • Working collaboratively with the Senior Marketing Manager and wider teams, manage the coordination, delivery and roll out of the agreed plans across all platforms (digital, PR, social, sales enablement, events, webinars…)
  • Consult the business development teams to design and create targeted marketing assets and collaterals for different direct and online touchpoints throughout the customer journey for identified target audiences and product groups
  • Implement and amplify thought leadership adjusting strategy and content to the market needs to improve brand performance
  • Manage and update the digital platforms
  • Create strategic content, including direct and online marketing, development of collaterals, print products, case studies, writing suitable posts in the relevant social media channels, organizing customer events and creating videos with a storytelling approach
  • Close collaboration with the wider EMEA and UK Hub marketing team, as well as external agencies
  • Comprehensive, planning, analysis and reporting of key activities

Background/ Experience

  • B2B marketing experience with a focus on digital and content marketing
  • Knowledge of the built environment, facilities management or tech sectors would be beneficial – but not essential
  • CRM, marketing automation, web analytics and business intelligence (reporting and analysis tools)
  • Customer- and market-driven orientation with proven record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets
  • Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences
  • Demonstrated strong listening, information gathering and skills for uncovering and defining deliverables, needs and outcomes
  • Experience creating and implementing proven successful demand creation and lead nurturing programs
  • Team player with cross-functional project leadership skills, collaboration
  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast- paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements
