YOUR ROLE

  • Lead and execute projects related to direct customer impact, in order to enable Customer Service IMEA to execute best in class customer experience.
  • Be responsible for building and executing the project plan and managing any risks and issues appropriately
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Provide project updates and construct presentations on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
    Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement and make adjustments as needed
  • Evaluate existing interdependent processes within the context of business requirements using data analytics.
  • Proactively serving as a Subject Matter Expert and mentor to the team members with the aim to achieve the optimal results for the client, Driving Team Spirit and engagement.
  • Collaborate with team members and CS Managers to devise new or revised documented material based on the revised processes
  • Provide support including training, upskilling, reporting and technical enhancement
  • Serve as a resource for escalated customer issues.
  • Prepare and conduct strategic internal and customer kick-off meetings
  • Provide analytical assessment of day to-day issues; as well as strategic opportunities for improvement towards customer

YOUR SKILLS

  • 5-8 years of project management experience of a variety customer centric Transformation or Strategic propositions in an operational supply chain environment.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Proficiency with necessary technology, including cloud based software applications, bots and CTI’s
  • Fully conversant in SAP (or similar) CS related transactions & reporting functions
  • Have a demonstrable knowledge of innovation including approaches, segmentation, and technology
  • Demonstrates effectiveness in tackling complex assignments, balancing competing priorities and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Creative problem solving ability, inquisitive mind-set, comfortable with working in ambiguous situations
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Have a strong, working knowledge of Design initiatives and how to integrate these into a transformation project.
  • Strong people management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to perform customer journey mapping and analysis and complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Thorough understanding of product-based business principles, practices and processes.
  • Self-starter with excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with effectiveness in managing communication at all levels of the organization.

YOUR ROLE

  • Identify and directly manage global PMO CoE initiatives to support the achievement of the CoE strategy and objectives and to address organizational project management needs.
  • Act as a representative for the PMO CoE in cross-functional / cross-business collaborations and initiatives.
    Coach project and organizational PMOs on PMO best practices and on project management tools and platforms
  • Collaborate with PMO teams across the organization on the development of project management best practices and directly support global projects when required
  • Responsible for the ownership and continuous improvement of PMO standards
    Continuous development of PMO CoE processes and tools to ensure the department continues to operate efficiently.

YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree in Engineering or Business, ideally with an MBA
  • Formal project management certification (e.g. PMP, APMP, Prince2, AIPMO, SCRUM, etc.).
  • Strong team player who holds a high level of independence and excellent communication skills
  • Min 7 years of project management experience ideally with experience in organizational management of change and transformation initiatives
