The Call Center Agent candidate must possess a pleasant telephone voice, having a clear and articulate voice. 24/7 office environment so individual must be flexible in shift changing. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity). 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing calls in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Provide guests with services such as wake-up calls, messages, long distance assistance and any other special services requested by the guest
  • Assist administration personnel in locating other personnel, placing long distance calls, taking message and other miscellaneous requests
  • Inform guests of functions and facilities information upon request
  • Responsible for reading all posted information
  • Responsible for keeping own information on personnel and departments up to date
  • Review Pre Shift information with Team Leader/Team Members
  • Interact closely with fellow Team Members
  • Be able to follow the Call Center’s policy and procedures
  • Be able to operate the TDD machine
  • Ability to handle all alarm situations
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested

QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate
  • Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required; LMS experience preferred.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • PABX and Hotel experience preferred
  • Minimum age requirement is 18
