Job Description Summary

The Project Manager reports to the Service Center Manager and is responsible for order management and on time delivery for the assigned projects within the Service Center. The Project Manager is responsible for accepting, planning and scheduling demands and to ensure that the execution team has all required materials to meet the agreed customer CTQ’s.
The Project Manager coordinates and expedites the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) to meet production schedules.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Accept and slot demands for assigned brief within the service center, providing order acknowledgements as appropriate.
Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs. Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements.
Coordinate between Fulfilment Cells and Optimization to ensure demands are executed to the agreed customer CTQ’s.
Plan materials to support execution per agreed customer CTQ’s.
Maintain data integrity in ERP system in relation to job status, critical dates, availability/assignment of project materials.
Ensure accurate and timely updates to Optimization and other stakeholders.
Track & trend metrics illustrating performance in support of Cell(s).
Liaise with Sourcing and peers globally to manage material needs.
Collaborate with ERP experts to optimize material allocation process.
Drive accountability within fulfilment team to execute to plan and deliver on time.

Required Qualifications

Engineering or Applicable alternative bachelors Degree or suitable practical experience.
Min.1 year of experience in Project Management or Material Planning or related disciplines.
Inclusive leadership & communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to self-direct within defined responsibilities.
Knowledge of Lean and/or alternative continuous improvement methods.
Must be a team player willing to sacrifice individual goals when needed.
Clear thinking and strong problem solving.
Fluent in English.

Desired Characteristics

Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Experience with inventory management.
Knowledge of repairs.
Experience dealing with customers and commercial activity.
Experience with forecasting, budgeting and planning.
Arabic language is a plus.
ERP or SAP knowledge is a plus.

This role will provide support, guidance, and analytical expertise on total compensation practices, policies and programs for Renewable Energy in the MENAT and SSA Region. This role will help design, implement, communicate and administer competitive compensation programs that align with Renewable Energy’s plans, goals and objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

Support alignment of C&B programs with Renewable Energy’s business strategy in the Region.
Act as focal point for compensation analysis and benchmarking activities.
Counsel and partner with Regional HR, and Regional management teams on all compensation matters.
Coordinate in the annual salary planning process for the MENAT & SSA Region.
Create compensation and benefits models to provide analysis on critical business initiatives, identify inequities, and recommend appropriate adjustments.
Monitor industry best practices and external market to provide analysis on the impact of relevant developments in the compensation and benefits arena.
Create and deliver training on compensation philosophy and processes to Business HR, People Leaders, and Employees.
Monitor and review changes in compensation laws and regulations; periodically review programs and process for compliance.
Support the management of variable incentive compensation programs, including participant tracking, payout calculation, and payment processing and administration.
Participate in Total Rewards global initiatives and related projects.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
Strong experience in compensation or HR with functional knowledge of compensation concepts, systems, and administration
Fluency in English
