Job Purpose:
Support the accounting, procurement and project management function by analyzing basic information, maintaining records, arrange meetings and respond to general queries with appropriate instructions

Core Responsibilities:

Supervisor – 1st Line Uh-60m

Overview

Reports directly to and carries out the directives of the Team Lead. Supervises all aspects of safety, aircraft maintenance, planning, scheduling, administration, facilities, tools and equipment, resource management, and property accountability. May temporarily assume the duties of Team Lead as directed.
Will also be responsible for

1.Manage the relevant aircraft maintenance personnel within section. Must ensure that all aircraft inspection procedures, maintenance practices, standards, and records comply with all (FAA, EASA Etc) TAMMS, and the company’s regulations.
2.Responsible for the oversight, guidance, and counseling of all maintenance personnel assigned to the relevant aircraft section.
3.Assist the Team Leads for the relevant aircraft and Maintenance Manager in the direction of all primary and recurring training activities of all maintenance personnel assigned to the relevant Aircraft sections.
4.Ensuring that all relevant aircraft are being maintained to airworthiness standards prescribed by applicable regulations, technical manuals, and airworthiness directives, and good maintenance practices.
5.Responsible for the direction of all relevant aircraft maintenance personnel within the section when conducting required flight line activities such as launching aircraft, maintaining logbooks and ESNAAD, and when conducting any unscheduled maintenance.
6.Responsible for informing the Team Leads of aircraft maintenance considering such factors as work flow, location of equipment facilities, tools, supplies, and job requirements.
7.Maintain a close liaison with the customer, PC, Team Leads, and test pilots to provide current status of aircraft.
8.Determine maintenance personnel requirements based on present and projected workloads.
9.Must be responsible for all assigned personnel during duty hours.
10.Must assure that all assigned personnel have the tools, equipment, and training in order to support the mission requirements.
11.Other duties as assigned by Team Lead or Manager.

Qualification

1. FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate or industry equivalent. High School Diploma Graduation from military or commercial aircraft maintenance or airframe repair school or course preferred.
2. Completion of military or commercial aviation corrosion prevention course preferred.

Experience
1. Minimum of 5 Years Aviation Maintenance
2. Minimum of 3 Years Mechanic on aircraft type.
3. Must have thorough knowledge in the use of common tools, special tools, test equipment, and aviation ground support equipment used in performing maintenance on the relevant aircraft.

Supervisor-Bmoc

OVERVIEW
Responsible for oversee the assigned Platform’s Maintenance Operations activities (i.e. planning, scheduling, preventive maintenance, etc.) by providing cost-effective maintenance and repair services to the aircrafts and assets, ensuring proactive serviceability and availability of the customer’s aircrafts and equipment. Responsible to oversee the report aircraft status and gather information on aircrafts in an assigned base in order to determine the accurate date the aircraft can be repaired. Carries out directives from the Team Lead in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
Will also be responsible for
.Supervises the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
.Update daily and weekend/ holiday duty roster contact list to ensure it is up to date and provided to Base and HQ Management.
.Oversee to establish, publish and maintain GAL digital radio call signs.
.Establish format flying schedule displays to show individual aircraft scheduled for flight on a daily basis and ensure all deviations to the daily flying schedule are reviewed and reported accurately in order to inform impacted activities of changes in priorities, plans and schedules.
.Supports to maintain visual aids, electronic and manual, to show aircraft status both off and on station.
.Manage to establish priorities for completing limited resources such as fuel, wash rack and GSE and monitor status.
.Monitors to collate aircraft daily state data in order to be able to provide customer with daily state reports, as well as report any accidents/ incidents to Base Management and HQ AMOC.
.Ensure that the Supply Chain department to expedite aircraft on ground (AOG).
.Manage the changes on flying schedules with the applicable agencies in order to minimize disruptions to operational plans and flying schedules.
10 .Manage to update the cMRO database daily for mission capability, flight schedule, flight workbench and counter cascade in order to inform upper management and Base Management on the Key Performance Indicators’ (KPIs) updates.
11 .Provide KPIs through the cMRO for the WTR, PMT and PMR, and validate these KPIs with the customers on daily and monthly basis to keep the scorecard updated and approved on a timely manner.
12 .Monitor the employees who are act as a point of contact to request external support services, such as firefighting, aircraft water, fueling and defueling, engineering support, ATC clearance for ground movement, etc.
13 .Provide HQ AMOC with updated monthly scheduled maintenance inspection forecast for each platform.
14 .Ensure to collect and document any accidents/ incidents reports to send and inform Base Management and HQ AMOC for action.
15 .Provide HQ AMOC with periodic reports such as weekly status on ground support equipment and base spare engine, as well as base weekend maintenance reports in order to keep them informed in a timely manner.
16 .Ensures comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
17 .Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
18 .Follow standard Emergency Response Checklists and reports occurrences to upper management for prompt action.
