Business and Administration Support

Accountabilities

  • Ensure company profile, corporate documents, company presentation and all marketing materials are compliant and up to date
  • Support the Tender Team throughout the request for proposal (RFP) process.
  • Provide administrative support to the Shared Services Department (QHSSE, HR, Finance and Management) within and outside the office environment when required.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Operations Department, including but not limited to customer service, clerical work and day-to-day operational duties.
  • Liaise with Group Compliance, Corporate Secretarial and Corporate Communications for updates.
  • Liaise with and assist the QHSSE Officer for internal audits, when required.
  • Promote the well-being of staff.
  • Co-ordinate events and exhibitions.
  • Internal and external communication for branding and marketing, events, etc.

Job requirements

  • Clerical competencies – administrative best practices to ensure high performance of duties
  • Time management – to organise and prioritise daily responsibilities and be able to multitasks
  • Communication skills –to interact within and outside GAC, verbally and in writing
  • Keen attention to detail – needed for daily tasks
  • Team player – willing to support and share responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications and Other Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in general administrative tasks
  • Knowledge in basic legislative requirements
  • High level of knowledge in MS Office package – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
