Prepare Funding Agreements and Capex’s, and ensure business sign-off
Develop Network Rail commercial agreements
Deliver necessary land transactions to support developments
Ensure preparation of and approve key project deliverables including but not limited to Disability Impact Assessments and Route Requirements Documents for projects
Agree procurement strategies for individual projects and support the procurement process where required.
Track data from financial scorecards, working with the Project Manager and monitor progress against cashflow and stakeholder requirements, and commencing intervention and risk mitigation at an early stage if projects are not on target
Prepare timely claims that maximise third party funding.
Track compliance with third party agreements and the GWR Franchise and instigate corrective action where necessary
Input to GWR and FirstGroup periodic and quarterly reports including but not limited to Rail Business Review and other Boards
Monitor project team compliance with timesheet recording, escalating where necessary, and maximise recoverable time.
