We are growing and adding to our dynamic Customer Service team! This position is currently remote but candidates must be local and able to travel to Lake Zurich for training and special meetings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promptly and professionally answer customer phone calls/requests regarding maintenance, product usage, product comparison to other manufacturers, accessories, warranty time periods/procedures, features/benefits, specifications, product setup, product catalogs and service/trouble shooting related calls. Log incoming calls into the RightNow system. Forward unresolved complaints between customer and dealer to the appropriate distributor or staff member for resolution.
  • Assist Customer Support supervisor entering and responding to e-mails. Responsible for checking messages left after hours and responding to calls.
  • Place orders for missing product when applicable utilizing ERP system. Report maintenance needs for RightNow Help Desk system including incorrect, missing, or inadequate information on a daily basis. Report dealer locator changes to distribution and error messages for the technical service web-site users.
  • Authorize shipment of various missing or damaged items on customer’s new equipment and ship good will items to customer. Enters tracking numbers for shipments into RightNow Help Desk system.
  • Perform various other duties and assignments as requested to assist in the operation and overall functioning of the department and company.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required. College degree is desired.

Minimum Qualifications /Experience and Skills Required:

  • 1 year customer service experience minimum.
  • Bilingual Spanish both written and verbal fluency.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient typing and keyboard skills.
  • Must be proficient with MS Suite of applications.
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a must.
