Business Analysis Manager

  • The Role
  • This person will be a key member of the Fintel & Analytics team and will interface with the company’s leadership team (CEO, CFO and SVPs). This person will operate with a sense of urgency and have a proven ability to work across functions and be an outstanding team player. It is essential that the successful candidate is analytical, structured and strategy/finance-knowledgeable while having strong communication, ownership, presentation and leadership skills. It is also essential that the candidate is seasoned and experienced with the ability to carry himself with seniority.
  • He / she will report to the VP of Fintel & Analytics and help develop, analyze, control and report on the company’s financial & strategic initiatives such as budgets, monthly financial reports, business plans, variances and various reports. He will make forward-looking strategic recommendations and develop business cases, adhoc financial analyses and pricing recommendations that are insightful for the Management to help it control, anticipate and decide on various elements relevant to business progress.
  • In this role, you will:
  • – Present monthly status reports to Management regarding revenue recognition, earned value analysis, forecasting and contract status
  • – Work closely with program managers, directors, and division SVPs in analyzing costs, revenue, and profitability by project
  • – Prepare monthly actual vs budget variances status reports (revenue and P&L) and other related project planning and controls documentation for the CFO and Management of the company
  • – Prepare and analyze quarterly forecasts of the company
  • – Prepare quarterly cash flow forecast for projects
  • – Build use/business cases and financial analysis to support the introduction of a new product/service on the market
  • – Understand budgeted cost basis for each project and recut actual costs as necessary from various sources to match the budgeted basis
  • – Track all billings and delivery milestones of projects as well as utilization and staff allocation
  • – Prepare strategy M&A due diligences, business plans/cases, feasibility & market studies to support the company’s overall strategy
  • – Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, performance reviewing & management reporting
  • – Implement corporate dashboard and KPIs development/reporting
  • – In charge of P&L management, costs controlling, financial planning and analysis
  • – Develop the offerings and their pricing with Business Development
