Damak UAE Jobs Description 2022
Sign up before the handover stage / opening stage.
Maintain a track of inventory units available for sale and block the units.
Coordinate with Sales & Revenue teams to identify the right mix of rental pool in each property.
Identify potential opportunities for new rental pool sign ups in operating hotels.
Understand the details of the Rental Pool agreement and be able to communicate the information with accuracy and without ambiguity to the owners.
Apply knowledge of clauses of Rental Pool agreement to handle and retain owners seeking separation from the rental pool.
Coordinate with Facilities Management teams and update property leaders to resolve concerns of the owners under rental pool.
Retain and minimize exists happening in current rental pool by addressing concerns.
Prepare a monthly report detailing the number of exits from rental pool for the respective month with reason for each exit and the forecasted exists for next three months with the reason for each forecasted exit. Report should also forecast the new rental pool for three months.
Proactively manage existing owners through regular interactions and engage with them through wishes on special occasions, update about information relevant to the owners and creating communication tools like Newsletters to reach a larger number of owners.
Be aware of hospitality business prospects and use the information to communicate confidently with owners.
Report Quarterly income statements and able to handle all owners’ queries. Understand and explain details of the income statement to maintain transparency of financial information.
A minimum of 2 years experience in similar role or sales / leasing
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – Arabic Speaker is a plus
Superior product knowledge
A team player with leadership skills
With hospitality background (is a plus)
