This is a person who has some flexibility and is open to working a non-traditional schedule.

As part of a customer experience driven team, you will earn an hourly rate of $15.00. You will earn an extra $1.25/hour from 6pm-10pm and/or an extra $2.25/hour from 10:01pm-6am. We have a shift bid process that you will go through before you are finished with the training program. During this time you will work with your Onboarding Supervisor when schedules are shared for you to select. Our schedules are dependent on the needs of the business and when our customers need us. Therefore, you will see a mix of schedules that are 8 hour and/or 10 hour schedules for you to choose from. The schedules provided will match our operating model of a 24×7, 7 days a week, both weekend days and holidays, call center environment and may vary by location. Youll be a real-time troubleshooter for customers in need, helping them get their heads around their equipment and how to use it. From changing passwords to setting DVRs, youll help them navigate challenges with clarity and professionalism. No IT degree required, just a passion for helping customers.

Qualifications:

Minimum:

  • High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
  • 6 months experience providing customer service or selling products and services.

Preferred:

  • Live within an area of the Oklahoma City or surrounding communities where Cox Communication services are available.

The Customer Retention Representative – Interim Work From Home is role is a highly consultative retention sales opportunity, operating in a call center environment that is temporarily work from home. Call center hours of operation are 7am – 10pm, Mon – Fri and 8am – 8pm, Sat and Sun; shift schedule will be determined at time of hire and subject to change.

As part of a customer loyalty driven team, highly motivated individuals will earn an hourly rate of $14.98. The target commission is $1,700 a month. There is potential to earn up to and beyond $70,000 as a high performer. Higher performers are eligible for accelerated pay up to two and a half times their monthly incentive. You must live within the area of Oklahoma City, OK where Cox Communications services are available and be willing to commute when appropriate to the office due to technical or performance needs. To qualify, you must also have a high-speed internet connection available in your home.

  • Youll take calls from customers who are considering downgrading or disconnecting, listening to their concerns and steering them toward solutions so that we can turn the corner on their experience with us

What You’ll Do

You’ll make residential customers feel “at home” with our products and services. That means being an Einstein about everything we offer as well as a whiz around the marketing campaigns that fuel those inbound calls.

This is a quota, commission-based gig, so your earnings are in your hands. One way to do this will be to be super responsive to customer inquiries, resolving issues lickety-split, all while keeping callers in-the-know about the latest solutions we have to offer.
