The Operations Manager is responsible for driving growth, achieving business objectives, and driving highly effective service delivery teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle day to day operations with focus on analytics, coaching, recognition, and performance management
  • Develop and implement performance review plans with appropriate, regular feedback to all staff
  • Participate and drive successful hiring practices, employee development process as to minimize attrition
  • Plan for resources based on volume projection and current available head count and allocate responsibilities
  • Drive team to achieve process SLAs / metrics – productivity and quality targets within the established timelines
  • Drive team performance, KPI management, reporting, resource decisions, action items planning
  • Work with support functions to enable infrastructure support to team and ensure zero downtime
  • Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer as per project plan and schedule.
  • The single point of contact for the client team and will share updates, lead operational and project/ program level reviews
  • Interface effectively with Client on Operations – routine and no-routine situations including escalations.
  • Collaborate with other process owners, training and quality managers to share best practices and drive higher results
  • Build strong working relationship with HR to effectively enforce disciplinary actions including handling terminations
  • Track and manage risks, actively mitigate and communicate issues and progress to senior leadership

Phoenix, AZ – English (1)

SHIFT TIMING

2pm-10pm local AZ time. Ability to rotate to day shift if needed, as well as flex late the evening at times should the business needs require it.

Five day work week with 2 consecutive off days.  Five work days may include one weekend day.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years relevant work experience
  • Manage staff of up to 50 Agents, including multiple team leads in call center environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to speak to an audience’s executives, business and technical leaders; able to represent complex ideas with effective documents and visuals and to adapt presentations to the expectations and background of the audience
  • MS Office Suite proficiency – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching and employee engagement skills

The Pricing Analyst will assist with the development of financial models. The Analyst will also provide analysis and pricing of healthcare software products, consulting services and operational Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions for the healthcare industry. They will heavily interact with business unit operations, product management, finance, accounting and sales teams to build tools that provide efficient and accurate pricing in support of the business. In addition to building tools that model the drivers of operational expense, you will develop pro-forma forecasts of performance and provide consulting to optimize profitability and return on investment.

Essential Function:

  1. Extensive knowledge of pricing processes, trends and standards in support of healthcare products and solutions when delivered via SaaS, cloud, hosting and on-premise deployments.
  2. Demonstrates extensive knowledge of a broad set of business economics, intelligence, and analytical techniques
  3. Has a comprehensive depth and breadth of pricing science understanding to drive enablement of innovative strategic pricing approaches
  4. Can complete analysis to create complex recommendations and create new value opportunities
  5. Understands and can anticipate the implications/impact of market conditions, field response, and driven response in support of pricing strategies
  6. Collaborates with product managers to review market trends, customer insights and profitability analytics to ensure reasonableness of findings and proactively seeks cross-functional input to develop pricing strategies
  7. Work with product management teams in the commercialization of new products and services in the development of supporting pricing tools and/or models
  8. Clearly and concisely articulates pricing strategies
  9. Reviews and synthesizes analysis into succinct recommendation for senior management
  10. Applies in-depth skills and broad knowledge of the business to address sophisticated problems and non-standard situations
  11. Approaches issues from multiple perspectives and collaborates with internal customers in generating creative, effective and practical solutions
  12. Acts as a key contributor in a sophisticated environment

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years related experience; seven or more years preferred.

Experience:

  • Prior strategic pricing experience required
  • Knowledge of healthcare payer industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of software principles and IT hardware or business process outsourcing preferred

Technical Competencies:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel that includes building macros, pivot tables, complex lookup functions, regression analyses, and conditional logic nested IF statements.
