Client Solutions Manager – Consumer Promise

Purpose of Position

To deliver personal Sales revenue towards BSI’s overall new business sales growth mission, within a defined Sector. Collaborate with colleagues to develop existing client opportunities within the Consumer Promise practice with a focus on Sustainability, Traceability, and Authenticity within sectors such as Food & Retail, Government, Services, and FMCG.

New & Existing solutions

  • Identify market opportunity for regions, build plan and influence key stakeholders to generate new business
  • Proactively develop new client relationships to grow the Consumer promise practice revenue
  • Collaborate with existing regional sales to identify existing clients and lead on the sales process for Consumer promise practice solutions.
  • Facilitate the review of customer requirements and working with industry experts develop the customized solution appropriate to the clients needs and the integrity of a BSI mark of trust.
  • Active engagement in the development of new solutions including supporting business case writing, client workshop attendance and leading on the commercial offer
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing and Operational functions to ensure successful GTM and promotion of new clients

Project Management

  • Facilitate project scoping, lead the project through to fulfilment as well as being responsible for all commercial aspects.
  • Manage the client project through to delivery in collaboration with Operational teams and for customized solutions continue to develop the client relationship to retain and grow business.
  • Support the client to maximise the value driven from the BSI mark of trust through influence of BSI Marketing team and deep relationship building within the clients business
  • Ensure through close project management the revenue forecasting accuracy for the clients project

Key results areas and principal accountabilities

  • Achievement of personal target and territory target
  • Personal Salesforce.com  maintenance.
  • Identify, develop and recommend new business initiatives which will ensure growth of BSI in local areas
  • Pipeline development of personal clients
  • Through influence and collaboration with BSI sales personnel grow the target market
  • Identify and Facilitate new solutions development supported by our technical team.

Personal Effectiveness

  • Meet the standards agreed with line management for face-to-face contact time with clients
  • Produce and submit all weekly and monthly reports, expense sheets etc., within agreed timescales
  • Follow documented procedures for the development and presentation of quotations
  • Ensure that account documentation is maintained with the defined information requirements.
  • Contribute positively to the development of the departments performance
  • Adhere strictly to the BSI Group ethics policy

  • Broad commercial experience and business acumen
  • Experience in a consultancy/ solutions environment would be advantageous

Due to the rapid expansion of our business in the region, we are hiring for a new Team Manager to join us permanently in our Dubai, UAE office. Our HR Generalists work with teams, managers and key stakeholders to help building organisation and people capability, shaping and implementing effective people strategies and activities within the business.
In this role, you will work closely with the HR Business Partners in your business stream within the India, Middle East, Turkey & Africa (IMETA) regions to support and partner with Line Managers to provide HR advice, support and guidance for all HR related activities by applying their business knowledge to the unique situation.
Important to your success will be having the knowledge and experience across the people agenda, providing operational insight and implementing employment law, especially with the latest updates on the UAE Labour Ordinance.
About you:
  • In depth knowledge of relevant employment law, HR policies, procedures and best practice
  • Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified or relevant experience
  • 3 + years of HR experience
  • Hands on experience of employee relations, including restructures
  • Experience in supporting and leading HR projects and implementing new initiatives
  • Experience in HR System data; compilation and utilisation
  • The ability to research, analyse and reason logically within tight and conflicting timeframes
  • Ability to identify and respond to development needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including persuasion, negotiation and rationalisation
  • Approachable and personable with good active listening skills, an open mind and empathetic, while still able to be firm when it’s required
  • First class listening skills and ability to communicate effectively with a diverse community
