Manages and supports system wide identification, implementation, and on-going management opportunities and decision making forums improving effectiveness and quality of health care products and processes by serving as a facilitator, resource for analysis, and a consultant.
- Participates on best practice exchange teams or other work teams established to effect change.
- Evaluates, facilitates, develops, and implements improvement strategies throughout the system.
- Oversees project planning, project management, and progress monitoring and reporting of multidisciplinary teams.
- Provides consultation and guidance to leaders and members of clinical and administrative teams in improvement methodologies.
- May manage a portfolio under < $25M, while supporting process improvement.
