Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the full life-cycle talent acquisition process across multiple vacancies, working in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers
  • Maintain timely and professional communication with both Candidates and Hiring Managers throughout the process
  • Take ownership of coordinating, editing and posting internal and external job postings across different platforms/job boards.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data capture, utilising the applicant tracking system (workday) to ensure best recruitment practice is adhered to and becoming, in time, a workday super user
  • Maintain and proactively run reports on key recruitment data and recruiting information
  • Support the direct sourcing, CV review and interview booking process
  • Own the careers site and recruitment intranet pages
  • Supporting Talent Acquisition Team projects with a keen eye on how to improve processes and candidate experience.

Your Experience

  • Experience working in a Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment role with a good understanding of the recruitment process.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver a first class service
  • Strong administration skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and willingness to manage a busy reactive workload with conflicting priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive “can do” attitude
  • Experience of using workday would be advantageous
  • Creative skill for writing, supporting advert and job descriptions creation.

We are looking for an Account Director to join Edge, the Data, Insights and Advisory solution you need to win in an eCommerce-driven world.  The role will be within our North America Customer Growth team with the ideal candidate to be based out of our Boston, MA office.  You will be responsible for managing and growing revenue for a set of existing customers within our Strategic Accounts segment. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of key relationships within major brand/manufacturer customers
  • Commercial responsibilities for renewals and selling of additional product/advisory solutions
  • Communication within internal departments tied to customer delivery
  • Revenue Target Performance against Renewals, New Product Sales, and Advisory Services

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required

  • 6+ years account management or sales experience
  • 4+ years professional experience in acct management / selling analytics or consulting in the Consumer Packaged Goods / Retailer space
  • Familiarity working with large, complex enterprise customers
  • Background in eCommerce, SaaS solutions, and/or working with brand/manufacturers.
  • Effective communication skills both internally and externally
  • Exhibit strong account management and governance capabilities
  • Proven history of quota attainment on monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings.
  • Ability to build sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue on monthly and quarterly basis
  • Capable in identifying customer challenges and connecting them to product/service solution.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and Powerpoint
