We are looking for a competitive retail Sales Associate with passion, and interest to help customers identify, select, and purchase products they desire along with good customer service skills and soft skills. Duties include selling, cashiering, restocking, merchandising, housekeeping among others, executing to drive online sales that include onsite marketing/enhancements & promotions . The aim is to provide high-end customer service to increase the company’s growth and revenue through up-selling/ cross-selling. Skills needed include great communication, team playing, problem-solving, time management, and computer skills. Candidates must be willing to working under pressure and having outstanding planning & organization skills. Candidates must show flexibility to different schedules and locations and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Manage aspects of the user experience including updating site content, setting up and executing promotions, launching and activating products, and continuously optimizing site merchandising

  • Work collaboratively across Business Development, Marketing, and Operations to ensure site business objectives and KPIs are consistently achieved
  • Work with the Manager to develop an Ecommerce assortment for the site – help identify any specific product development needs to drive business results
  • Consistently drive innovation and bring disruptive ideas: evaluate competitors, bring fresh content ideas
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
  • Follow and achieve the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis

  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas

Requirements Sales Associate

  • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficiency in English
  • Basic Math skills
  • Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Track record of over-achieving sales quota
  • Hands-on experience with POS transactions
  • Familiarity with inventory procedures
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
