Al Ramz Corporation P.J.S.C. is seeking for an Executive Assistant for our new office in Dubai to provide premium administrative support to the Executive Management (EM) to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives. Keep the executives’ communications organized so that they can easily access important information promptly. Screen all visitors and determine what level of support they need while offering polite, professional customer service. Responsible for drafting presentations, reports, minutes for meetings where your presence is required and any executive documents. Manage the executives’ daily calendars, including scheduling meetings, confirming appointments, writing itineraries, and arranging for accommodation or transportation where applicable. High level proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.


  • Calendar management for executives
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
