- Onboarding of Fintech to provide Open Banking framework and solution
- Provide Business Solutions which is always Customer Centric
- Drives/Contributes in the Business Requirements gathering workshops with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to understand the e2e User Journeys and provide Business solutions
- Deep understanding of platforms in order to be able to provide implementation approach for customer facing web
- Support the Product Owner in writing effective Product Backlog Items and maintaining the prioritized backlogs for multiple
- Assist the Product Owner in the Story refinement process
- Work closely with Product owners and Tech leads and agree on the MVP Prioritization in Sprint cycle and Backlogs
- Attend and contribute in the Sprint Planning / Scrum / Product refinement /Sprint Retrospective and other team activities as
- Responsible for enforcing common structures and guideline for BA Methodology in Requirement Management
- Use appropriate vehicles for communication (Jira /Tracker Boards etc.)
- Encourage team self-organization & empowerment
- Share new industry Agile best practices
- Provide Consultancy support, technical guidance and Leadership to teams across POD’s.
- Work closely with the Technical Delivery Manager, Program Manager, and Business Experts to ensure visibility and
- Actively participate in organizational Agile activities

Reports direct to: customer service manager
Deliver Excellent customer service in accordance with agreed standards
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
• Responsible to close customer complaints and ensure that customer is satisfied with the service provided
• Ensure TAT is adhered to and where possible exceed customer expectations
• Ensure customer is constantly informed on status of his/her query.
• Co-ordinate and liaise with other departments in a professional manner
• Deliver right levels of service skills support & coach other colleagues
• Participate in regular review and development meeting with key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with bank policies
• Positive customer feedback
• Ensure customer queries are resolved with agreed TAT
• Deliver professionalism when dealing with customers and other departments
Job Requirements
• For UAE National Only
• Previous banking experience in similar role
• Knowledge of regulated financial services and banking industries
• Detailed understanding of asset product
• In depth understanding of the internal process, procedures and internal systems
• Customer service skills in order to resolve customer complaints
• Display flexibility in dealing with clients and other team members
• Good problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent Decision making skills
