Salary: £18k – £25k + bonus + benefits The Role
We’re seeking a methodical and analytical Data Administrator to help manage our product data for Europe. Gathering information from different sources, you’ll compile complete accurate data sets for each product (e.g. name, strength, pack type, market) in Excel, ensuring data is combined in the right way to produce the correct format, before uploading to data system, Tracelink. To obtain the right data, you’ll attend, lead and manage regular team calls with colleagues across Europe and India (from a range of different departments, such as Supply Chain, Regulatory, New Product Launch) and our Contract Manufacturing Organisations (third party suppliers) to chase up outstanding information and ensure that delivery of data remains on track to meet deadlines. You will also work with these key stakeholders to provide information from Tracelink to support with their on-going projects and new product development opportunities. With an analytical mindset, you naturally draw meaning from data and enjoy finding useful insights for colleagues. When working with existing data, you will carefully check what’s previously been uploaded, challenge anomalies to identify the root cause of any errors and proactively update any issues. In this technical administration role, you will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of departments, get involved with additional projects, continue to develop your skills and grow with the business. The Person
- Experience in a previous responsible and busy administration role, ideally within a regulated environment or with a clear appreciation of the importance of following instructions closely.
- Ability to manage own workload to meet deadlines and maintain a keen eye for detail, even in a fast-paced and changeable environment, but with an awareness of when to escalate issues.
- Numerate, analytical and comfortable working with data, with intermediate MS Excel skills(e.g. v-lookups, pivot tables, formulas).
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken); comfortable building strong working relationships with stakeholders of all levels and navigating cultural differences with ease.
- Good team player, but also able to work independently, balancing tenacity and patience.
- Good IT skills across Microsoft Office and able to learn new company systems quickly. The Rewards
